Accepting these terms
By using PetRelay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please stop using the app.
What the app does
The app helps you and your family record and get reminders for your pet’s daily care — medication, feeding, walks, and so on. Reminders are sent on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or fail to arrive depending on device settings, network, or push services. Please don’t rely on them as your only safeguard in medical or emergency situations.
Your responsibilities
- You’re responsible for your account activity and the content you enter.
- When you invite family members, make sure they agree to share the related care information.
- Don’t misuse, attempt to break into, or interfere with the service.
Subscriptions and payment
Family Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID.
It renews automatically within 24 hours before the period ends unless you turn it off beforehand. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
Except where required by law or allowed by Apple’s policies, paid fees are non-refundable; for refunds, contact Apple.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is,” with no guarantee that reminders will always arrive or that data will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
